Most of us now working using computer and once a while we need to print out the reports? The printer we use at home and office needs to set it. For IT savvy users, this may not be the issues. but what about non-IT savvy? Waiting for an IT people is always the solution but what if new need to print it urgently?

Here is the five easy steps to solve the issues 

Permasalahan :
1. Terdapat banyak senarai printer didalam Microsoft Word

2. Tetapi, apabila check di dalam printer setting (Printers & Scanners), tidak semua senarai printer tersebut tersenarai. Bandingkan di antara gambar 1 & gambar 2.

Persoalan:
Bagaimana untuk remove senarai printer yang tidak dikehendaki dalam Microsoft Word tetapi tiada dalam senarai Printer & Scanner setting?

Penyelesaian:

1. Pergi ke Control Panel --> Administrative Tools -->  Print Management (Gambar 3 & Gambar 4)

2. Apabila tetingkap Print Management terpapar, cari printer yang ingin di buang dari senarai.

3. Tekan right click bahagian tetikus, click Delete dan OK (Gambar 6 & Gambar 7)
